Hi, I’m Liesa, founder of EvolveSpark.

I’ve coached close to 1,000 individuals and worked within the corporate world for over 15 years, particularly in Financial Services and Health & Wealth Benefits. This gives me a grounded understanding of the challenges and opportunities within high-pressure environments—and how neurodiversity can be a strength, not a barrier.
